DOMINICAN CHRISTMAS PUNCH
Ingredients
10 cups evaporated milk
5 cups condensed milk
8 yolks
2 stir cinnamon
1 pinch of grated nutmeg
¾ de Ron Bermúdez Don Armando or Ron Bermúdez AñejoSelecto
Recipe
Mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, and yolks. Stir the mixture slowly with a wooden spoon to incorporate ingredients well. Strain to remove lumps. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook in a container a bain-marie over heat for 40 minutes. Move frequently to avoid sticking to the bottom. Remove from the heat and add the Ron Don Armando Bermudez or Ron Bermudez Añejo Selecto. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon until it cools to room temperature. Remove the cinnamon. Chill in the fridge before serving.
